Pricing
The starting price is £50 per hour across all services mentioned above.
Communication is really important to me – nobody wants to feel ignored, especially when paying for a service.
I’ll confirm all details upfront to ensure mutual satisfaction before proceeding with any work. This will form the basis for our business relationship.
I genuinely try to offer that little bit more for the customer so everyone leaves happy!
If travel is required, the first 10 miles are free (from PO7 postcode). Thereafter, 45p per mile.
A bit about me.
I’m Darren and work as an IT Manager with a support background.
I started on an IT HelpDesk in 1998 and have worked my way up through IT Support – This has given me a unique insight into what is required (at all levels) to provide good customer support alongside a functioning and expanding IT system. Adding value to the infrastructure and aligning IT to the business goals is key to any task I undertake.
My other responsibilities have included:
• IT Management of the Aldershot Enterprise Centre
• Creation and ongoing maintenance/updating of company WordPress websites
• WSX Communications: Manage Campaign Monitor (newsletters + subscribe lists) + Social Media accounts
• Website Domain management
